White Confectionery Coating Wafers, S586

Confectionary wafers are excellent for dipping candy in.  Just melt in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring frequently until completely melted; then, dip dried fruits, candy, pretzels, nuts, or just about anything else!  Our white wafers are ivory in color and heavenly in flavor!
