Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.jeppi.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We attempt to process all orders within two business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays by the carriers can occasionally occur and we are not responsible for those.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost, Damaged, and Delivered Packages
We utilize the relevant carrier's (UPS, USPS, etc) tracking system to determine if a package has been delivered, lost, or damaged. In the event your package was lost or damaged by the carrier, please contact us for a refund or re-issued package and we will process any claims with the carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-send/re-issue orders where the carrier reports them as delivered but they are later lost or stolen.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Jeppi, LLC is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
